Named 1888 to commemorate the year of Brugal's founding in the Dominican Republic - where their rum is still made today. Brugal 1888 Doblemente Añejado is double-aged; first in American oak bourbon barrels for up to 8 years, and then in Spanish oak sherry casks for up to 6 years. A favourite among bartenders - it is uniquely dry, making it a great choice for cocktails.
Appearance: Deep amber in colour.
