At Willow Park Wines & Spirits, we strive for excellence in every bottle; however, if you receive a product that is corked or defective, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

    Ensure the bottle is at least 75% full and was purchased within the last 30 days, as we cannot accept returns on empty bottles or expired items.

    Locate your original paper receipt or digital order confirmation to verify the transaction details and purchase price.

    Visit a Location

    Bring the defective product and your proof of purchase to any Willow Park Wines & Spirits retail outlet for a physical inspection by our sommelier team.

    Receive Resolution

    Once the product is verified as defective, you will receive an immediate exchange for the same item or a store credit for future use.
