A refreshing bubbly, perfect for brunch! This wonderful D.O. Cava is aged for 12 to 18 months, while making use of three traditional indigenous grape varieties of Spain; Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada. 

Appearance: Star bright yellow in colour with hints of gold. 

Nose: Elegant floral aroma with notes of fresh apple and a hint of citrus. 

Taste: Refreshing, softly balanced acidity with a lively sparkle and a very attractive floral finish.
