The 2016 Sancerre Fontaine-Audon (100% Sauvignon Blanc) comes all from silex terroirs and was brought up entirely in stainless steel. It offers a beautiful sense of minerality to go with clean, crisp notes of citrus fruits. With medium to light body, a great mid-palate, and a layered texture, it's one classy Sancerre to drink over the coming couple of years.
