Sandhill Syrah 2021

Purple garnet colour with a sweet-scented bouquet of blue plum, oak, baking spice and chocolate. This is a dry, medium to full-bodied wine with soft tannins and a juicy mouth-feel. Ripe fruit flavours suggesting blueberry, dark plum and black cherry are accented by notes of chocolate. The lingering finish shows notes of tangy blackberries, black currant and spice. Enjoy with peppercorn steaks; braised meats; game meats; beef brisket.
