Light straw yellow in colour, the aroma is crisp and pure, with notes of minerals, lemon, lime, ripe melon and white pepper.  Medium-bodied and fruit-forward with a clean dry finish on the palate. 

80% Graganega, 10% Chardonnay, 10% Sauvignon Blanc
