This bright 2019 vintage Champagne from the Bereche family estate in Montagne de Reims is crafted using Chardonnay grapes grown in two biodynamically managed Premier Cru vineyards. Slow fermentation on lees and in wood for 36 months, no filtration. The result is an elegant Champagne with a creamy palate that reveals concentrated notes of citrus, white stone fruit and freshly cut flowers, underlined by a subtle minerality of chalk-infused stones.
