Blind Enthusiasm 'Hefteknik' Rye Wheat Beer - 4 x 473ML
A couple of years ago we did a collab with our pals at Brassneck in Vancouver. Hefteknik is our new take on that original collab. As before we made a beer with wheat and rye plus German yeast, and added some interesting hops (African Queen and Chinook). The result is lightly bitter, with banana notes but also some melon and spice.
