Castano Hecula Monastrell 2018

On the nose, it is powerful, with intense aromas of ripe red fruit and sweet spices on a balsamic background. On the palate, it is delicate, elegantly silky, but rich and well structured, with a long finish. Ideal to accompany with lamb, rich winter stews, grilled meats, and spicy food. Good with cured cheeses and assorted tapas. Serving temperature: 16-17ºC
