At Château Les Valentines we vinify fine and delicate rosés as we like to drink them in all seasons, from aperitif to dessert. The terroir very regularly takes precedence over the grape varieties, the environment of scrubland and pine forest color our rosés with aromas of fennel, anise and dry herbs.
Pale color, salmon pink reflections, nice fresh nose of cranberries, pink pepper, notes of fresh spices, good balance, good freshness, nice character on garrigue spices, a savory mineral touch, good length, frank. Enjoy with fish curry, large seasonal salads, small stuffed vegetables, fillet of red mullet with fennel.
