Very deep red, the nose screams balsamic, and darker dried fruits. The palate is round, pervasive with sweet tannins, perfectly balance. Complex and long but not overpowering. Perfect to pair with appetizers like cold cuts, or steamy pasta dishes in meat sauves. Not to be forgotten, the pairing with season cheese, stewed meats and dry chocolate biscuits.
