Crisp & Dry is sparkling cider crafted from a blend of diverse apple varieties that have been cool-fermented dry and then blended with a touch of fresh-pressed apple juice to create a clean, crisp and refreshing off-dry cider. It has stylish soft bubbles, a golden hue and aromatic notes of fresh tart apples. The apple varieties vary throughout the year as the apples are crushed for juice only as needed for each batch.
