Annapolis 'Earl Blue' Cider

Earl Blue is a sparkling cider crafted from a blend of cool-fermented dry cider made from diverse local apple varieties, including Golden Russet and McIntosh apples. Juice from Nova Scotia wild blueberries is added. This blend is then steeped with Earl Grey Tea leaves, a black tea that is infused with the oil of bergamot oranges. This adds tannin, structure and next-level enticing aromas! The result is a fragrant rose-hued cider with aromatic notes of citrus and wild blueberries that finishes with just a hint of bitterness from the tea. For variety Earl Blue also works nicely as a spritz cocktail.
