This wine is a blend of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc. The Chardonnay is aged for 9 months in oak barrels with skin contact and the Sauvignon Blanc in stainless steel tanks. It has hints of white flesh peach, exotic fruit nuances, light vanilla and spices on the nose. Rich and savoury on the palate with good acidity which leads to a fresh and persistent finish.
