Vina Chocalan 'Vitrum' Red Blend 2019

Brilliant and deep purple red colour. Fresh red berries and licorice fruit. Black olives and black currant, spicy character with bitter chocolate, a touch of tobacco and vanilla. Concentrated wine, round and ripe on the palate, with soft tannins and an excellent long finish. Decanting is recommended. Excellent to complement cheese, red meats, and wagyu. We emphasize game meats like lamb or boar.
