La Chablisienne Chablis 'La Pierrelee' 2022

The 2021 'La Pierrelee' is a pale gold colour, clear and brilliant with golden reflections. The first nose is open and expressive with notes of toasted hazelnut and slightly flint. More airy notes, of apple and rose, appear after oxygenation. The palate is balanced with a lot of volume. The structure is present with a fine grain. A few notes of bitter orange give energy and a beautiful persistence on the finish. A mineral and powerful wine. Ideal as an aperitif, it will also go wonderfully with your sushi, prepared fish or seafood platters.
