Using only the best plums available, the brewmaster created a sensational plum wine. Each year the sales of this wine doubled last five years. Several years ago, only 15% of the production was Plum Wine. In 2007, plum wine production surpassed traditional sake production. It is very sweet and fruity. A cool alternative to ice wine.
