Euphonie Monbazillac 2021
Euphonie is the name of the new range launched by the Monbazillac winery. Wines vinified by the cooperative in AOC Monbazillac, Bergerac and Côtes-de-Bergerac. In the latter appellation, the sweet wine owes everything to the Sauvignons (white and grey in parity). Still discreet, subtly floral, its aromas evoke acacia. Of good length, the palate shows a sweetness well balanced by the freshness. For the aperitif, a fruit salad, or white meat.(Hachette Wine Guide 2023)
