We are proud to offer our reserve series Odyssey Cabernet Sauvignon. This rich full bodied red wine is made of grapes grown in the south Okanagan Valley. Extra time on the vine and aging in new French oak barrels has created a deep garnet hued Cabernet Sauvignon with a complex bouquet of black currant, blackberry, smoky oak and spice. The bold, ripe flavours include cassis and dark cherry, accented by sweet spice and chocolate. The extra-dry finish lingers with notes of cocoa, black tea, black currant and spicy oak.
