It enjoys an exceptional position in the heart of the appellation opposite the village of Châteauneuf-du-Pape and its famous Papal Palace. This is one of the oldest properties of the appellation, referenced in the land register already at the end of the 16th Century. The famous 13 grape varieties of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation are carefully cultivated here.
