Louis Jadot is one of the Premier Negociant names in all of Burgundy. Established in 1859 by Louis Henry Denis Jadot, the house went on to create wines from many of the most prized vineyards in all of Burgundy. The Chablis vineyards where this wine hails, are made special by the combination of continental climate, very cold in winter and hot in the summer with frosts in spring. Bright, crisp and concentrated with citrus and stony nuances, it finishes dry with subtle complexity. A versatile white with bright acidity to complement a range of food types.
