Kaiyo The Kuri, the distillery’s newest release, is one of the first whiskies to be aged exclusively in Japanese Kuri Wood. Kuri is a subspecies of Chestnut.
100% Malted Barley Whisky From Japan, un-chillfiltered. 7 years in first fill Kuri barrels. 3 Month Ocean Maturation. 46% ABV.

Tasting notes:
Fragrant notes of lavender will fill your palate, while hints of raisin and
eucalyptus balances the whisky. The finish is long with notes of ripe
raspberry.
