Mostly clay soil. Grapes are harvested by hand and then fermented in stainless steel. Aged for one year in Chesnut barrels and then rests another year in stainless steel tanks before bottling. The nose is intense and seductive with notes of plum, black cherry, dried figs, walnut husks and unpeeled almonds coupled with hints of dried flowers. In the mouth, the wine is dry, soft and with a pronounced freshness.
