The 2019 Gallardía del Itata Cinsault has low alcohol, a full degree less than the rosé. They use the grapes from the top of the slope for this red, which has the austere presence of the granite soils in the texture. It has notes of cherries and some herbs and is harmonious and serious, with a long-lasting finish.
