This Provençal-style rosé from South Africa is dry, floral, and refreshingly light. Made from grapes grown on south-west facing slopes with cool coastal influence, it undergoes 14 days of fermentation and lees aging before alcohol is gently removed using spun-cone technology. The result: a beautifully structured rosé with natural fruit and minerality — no sugar bombs here.
