The Pajaru Meridionale is a blend of Primitivo, Montepulciano and Nerello Mascalese - the iconic varieties of Abruzzo, Puglia and Sicily, three regions of southern Italy blessed with sun and beauty.
With a deep red color and thick tears on the glass, it captures with hints of black currant, chocolate and cocoa, which we find in the mouth enriched with a peppery finish. Excellent with aged cheeses, game and red meats.

This blend of organically grown Montepulciano, Primitivo and Nerello Mascalese create a fascination wine. A very long finish, with soft enveloping tannins. Delicious now, but can easily be cellared.
