The 2022 Triby Syrah is crafted by Domaine Peter Sichel in Languedoc-Roussillon from an organically farmed, 100% Syrah cuvée. This wine is made from +30-year-old vines grown on the clayey-limestone slopes of the Cucugnan mountain at 350 meters, giving it the benefit of a naturally cooler climate. Organic farming.
Ruby red colour. Nose with red fruits and wild strawberries. Fine with great length. The roundness preserves freshness and fruit, toasted, full of volume. On the palate, its dark fruit flavours really shine through, enhanced by spicy and lightly smoky notes. Best by 2028.
