Rooster Rojo Smoked Pineapple Reposado

A superbly fruity offering from the folks at Rooster Rojo, made with a base of its Reposado Tequila, aged for at least two months in bourbon barrels. The Tequila is then infused with cooked red Spanish pineapples, imparting satisfying tropical notes of caramelized fruit to the spirit. Great for a tropical twist on a classic Margarita.
