Colour: Clear gold                        Nose:  Baked apple, oregano and honeysuckle.

Palate:  Butterscotch sweetness with complex notes of clove, cinnamon, lavender and  toasted rosemary. 

Finish: A sweet finish with white pepper, ginger and a gentle lingering smokiness.
