Gardet Brut

Bright very pale straw in colour. Slightly honeyed, spicy, warm ripe apple-lemon purée nose with some toasty notes. Dry to medium bodied, slightly spicy, attractive, ripe lemon-apple flavours with a lingering, faintly toasty, harmonious, effervescent, gently complex finish.
